All our social media plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months. The service then continues month to month and can
be canceled anytime in writing 15 days before the billing date.
The organization's social media posts consist of an equal blend of graphics and generic content. The graphics are detailed and aligned with the organization's communication objectives. The generic content features images of the organization's products and services. When such images are unavailable, we use stock photography or other pictures that best represent the organization.
The Social Media Maintenance service does not include customer engagement or management for accounts, as we believe that the right person to respond to comments and DMs should be a worker from the same company.
There should be one person in charge of the communication between the client and the Agency, this is the only person authorized to make changes, comments, or corrections, in case there are several partners, we recommend a spokesperson. If you need to make a change in the spokesperson, you can notify us 2 days in advance so there are no communication errors.
A monthly content grid is sent to the client on an agreed date. After making the respective requested changes and once the content has been scheduled and published, the client cannot request corrections again, especially if it is about design.
Post designs can be switched to special ads or content with early notice. It is encouraged that clients provide resources such as photos and monthly objectives.
If the client has requirements outside the plan, it must request a quote for additional services. Additional social media networks are available.
